Introduction
Bucket elevator is designed and made as the standard of JB3926-85.It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, buildingmaterials, mine, grain and vegetable oil, food, fodder, plastic andmedicine etc.
Usually, a vertical bucket elevator consists of head sectionwith driving pulley, elevator boot (down section) with take-uppulley, elevator casing, driving device with backstop.
Bucket elevator driving device is equiped with YZ reducer and ZQreducer. YZ axis reducer is directly coupled withpulley shaft, thus can reduce energy loss to someextent. Usually,security protectors like acousto-optic alarm, urgent stopswitch will be fixed on to ensure normal operation.
Characteristics:
1.Using double electromotors: feeding motor & vibrating motor , separately controlled .
2.Product funnel is design to be adjustably vibratile , which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning , following functions are added in : auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel , auger can be disassemblied for washing.

The bulk elevator is very well suited for a broad range of free flowing products in the food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical industry, .such as snack foods, frozen foods, vegetables, fruits, confectionary. Chemicals and other granules.

Working Principle
The body uses the high quality steel plate connected, rack is formed by the level before and after difference, and plane is inclined at an angle.
